Amber started her journey painting on traditional canvas & doing pop up shows designing custom made hand bags for fun. Demand for her designs quickly turned her hobby into a full fledged art business. Today, she's the founder and artist behind Sub|Urban, where she makes custom hand-painted and original designs on vegan and cruelty-free handbags, clothing, and accessories.
Amber's business completely transformed when she began hiring a team to support her business. Fear almost stopped her from hiring, but when she finally took the leap of faith she found that it was the best decision she ever made in her business. Having a team took the stress off her to do everything, was motivating, and allowed her to step full into her visionary role.
Amber's journey from being a full-time artist with no help, to reclaiming her business to build a team will inspire you to finally get the support you need in your creative business. You don't have to do it all, friend. Go hire that virtual assistant and scale your business!
